As a facilitator, most of my group work has been in strategic planning and visioning settings. As a former employee of The Grove Consultants International (www.grove.com), I am trained in their specialty process, called Strategic Visioning. The Grove has constructed a very useful product line of large, pre-prepared wall charts called Graphic Guides. Many of the examples in the Graphic Facilitation section of my portfolio have Graphic Guides as their base. The chart above is the first frame in the Strategic Visioning Process … its called a Meeting Start Up Chart. A great tool for orienting a group to the desired outcomes, agenda, roles and rules of a meeting.
